A quick chat to ensure that we both feel like it's the right fit. We’ll quickly get an idea of the end goal, the budget, the timeline etc. This is an opportunity for you to get to know me as much as it is for me to get to know you. You need to feel like you have someone who understands your vision to make sure you’re getting the most out of the project.

I’ll come on site to measure everything so I know what the base is we’re working with. A more detailed discussion on function, style, vision, goals etc to ensure we are both on the same page.

This is where the fun starts to happen. I’ll present to you (either in person or via video call) what I’ve pulled together based on our discussions. We’ll go over all of the deliverables I’ve prepared for you. You will give me all the feedback, either on the call, or after some time to review/discuss/ponder.

I’ll take all the notes from our conversation and modify the plan to capture any edits/changes you want. This is your space, so this is where we make sure it’s truly yours.

We’ll do another meeting to review the updates to make sure everything is as you want it. From here, you’ll get all the final details of the package to keep. This package can be provided to your contractor, or just for your own use if you’re taking on the updates yourself.
